Dakota Dental will pay for unopened Halloween candy
It is already October! School is in full swing, fall has arrived, and Halloween is just around the corner. As you make plans for costumes, parties, and trick-or-treating, don’t forget to plan what to do with the candy. The Dakota Dental Apple Valley Dentists suggest selling it to us!
Dakota Dental is a registered participant in the national Halloween Candy Buy Back campaign. That means Dakota Dental will pay for unopened candy brought to our Apple Valley dental clinic between the hours of 7:30 am and 4:15 pm, Monday, November 4 through Thursday, November 7. The candy that Dakota Dental buys back will then be sent to troops overseas.
How much can youngsters earn from their sugary Halloween hauls? Dakota Dental will give $1 per pound of candy with up to $5 per family. To further sweeten the deal, Dakota Dental will give each child who trades in candy an entry to a drawing for a $50 Visa gift card. The winner’s name will be drawn at random during the week of November 11, 2013.
